Covid-19 Adaptations

COVID 19 adaptations in Suite 200- Note this may be subject to change as more information becomes available.

What you will see-
When you arrive for your appointment we ask that you call us & we will let you know if the table is ready. Please be prepared to wait for a short time (5-10 mins) should another client be entering or exiting the suite to allow for social distancing.

We ask that you wash your hands in the building bathroom, per CDC (20 seconds) before entering our suite. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the suite.

Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. It must be below 99.9F.
You will sign a short COVID-19 health form each time.
You will proceed directly into the massage room.

Both client and therapist will wear face masks. Face shields are available. If you are uncomfortable with a mask while lying face down, we can create a face mask with the face cradle that is more comfortable. We understand that there are a variety of opinions on masking, however at this time it is required that we both wear a mask.

After your massage, you will open the door to the room and the therapist will come back in and finish up with your appointment and payment.
Only therapists are allowed in the business office and linen storage area.
A touchless payment system is available. Please notify the therapist beforehand if you want this option, as we will need to invoice you before your appointment.

What you won’t see

  • The therapists will take their own temps and fill out health forms each day.
  • Extra time is given between appointments to disinfect.
  • All linens are washed each day, soiled linens are stored in a covered container in a separate area from clean items.
  • We disinfect everything that our clients and the therapist touch after every appointment.
  • Our tables and rooms have been adjusted to allow for easy disinfection.
  • Air filters were replaced before opening and each week. The HEPA air filter is left on 24/7.
  • The therapist will be changing shirts with each client.
  • Your therapist used the #STAYHOMEMN time to take some CEUs which included disinfecting protocols, infection control, new modalities and review of training.

Your therapist reserves the right to stop your massage should health concerns come up during massage. The client will be responsible for payment in full.

Yearly memberships, as well as expiration dates will be extended by 10 weeks. Members are allowed to put membership on pause should they have health concerns. No monthly membership fees were charged during the shut down.

Cancellation fees will be waived should a client cancel due to COVID health concerns at any time before appointment and if the client notifies the therapist. No shows will still be charged for their appointment.
