Table Massage

Before the massage starts, the therapist will discuss any special concerns or requests that the client may have about the methods and techniques to be used. The massage can include work on your back, arms, legs, shoulders, neck, hands, feet, and head. The different methods and techniques are applied to relax muscle tension, calm the nervous system, bolster your immune system, improve circulation, improve tissue flexibility, and reduce stress-related disorders.

Ayurvedic Massage

This deeply relaxing massage brings nourishment to the tissues, deep relaxation to the muscles and calmness to the mind and nervous system. This is a whole body massage involving the back, arms, hands, neck, head, legs feet, hips. The oils are heated to a comfortable temperature. The oil is infused with Ayurvedic herbs for individual body-mind constitution. Oils used can vary depending on the season and the individual’s constitution. All the oils used are organic and have a base of Sesame or Coconut Oil. Your Ayurveda massage treatment will begin with a consultation. This is designed to identify your needs and expectations and will allow me to adapt the Ayurveda massage treatment to suit you.

Hot Stone Massage

Your therapist uses both placement stones and heated massage stones during your session. By adding heat the massage goes deeper without added pressure. If you love heat, this is the massage for you.

Essential Oil Massage

Detox Session

This essential oil session is designed to help your body detox as the technique supports various body systems. We use a Calming Blend, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Cypress, Wintergreen, Massage blend, Oregano and Peppermint during this session.

Rejuvenating Session

This essential oil session is designed to bring emotional and physical harmony to the body. We use a Grounding Blend, Lavender, Melaleuca, Protective Blend, Massage Blend, Soothing Blend, Wild Orange, and Peppermint during his session and can be performed in nearly any environment.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is used to reduce edema.  Through light strokes focused on the lymphatic system, the massage can stop blockages and increase lymph flow which reduces swelling bringing relief to the area.

  • REDUCES PAIN. Massage helps relieve muscle and connective tissue tension thus bringing pain relief to the area.
  • INCREASES CIRCULATION.  By increasing circulation to all areas of your body, it helps in your recovery by bringing much needed minerals, blood, plasma as well as clearing out waste.
  • REDUCES SCARRING. Cross friction techniques are used to help the tissue lie flat and align better.  Also lymphatic drainage massage is used to reduce tension on the sites.
